Privacy policy
Short, because there is not much to say. This is a small HVAC company website. It is not an advertising business and it does not behave like one.
First, what this site is
This is a proposed design for Two Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, built on spec by HitDirector and hosted on HitDirector's infrastructure. It is not the live company website. Anything submitted through a form here does not reach Two Seasons. If you need a licensed contractor at your house, call (512) 591-5915. That number is real and it is theirs.
What the forms ask for
On the live site, the request form would ask for your name, a phone number, the street or ZIP where the work is, a short description of what the system is doing, and when you are home. Email is optional. Every one of those exists for a single reason: somebody has to call you back and then drive to the right house.
Nothing else is asked for. Not your age, not your income, not how you found us, not a marketing preference. If a field would not help fix your air conditioner, it is not on the form.
What happens to it
- On this demo: nothing. The form does not transmit and no message is delivered.
- On the live site: it would go to Tony and Donna Presta, who would call you back. It would not be sold, rented, traded, or handed to a lead broker.
- A record of the job would be kept the way a small business keeps records, because that is how you know what was done to your system three years ago when it acts up again.
- If you want your information deleted, ask. Call the number above and say so.
Tracking, cookies and analytics
This site loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no chat widget, no social embeds and no fonts, scripts or images from anybody else's server. Everything it needs, it serves itself. That is unusual and it is deliberate: third party scripts are how a plain business website quietly turns into a data collection point.
It sets no advertising cookies. The only thing it may keep in your browser is a session-level note of whether you collapsed the demo notice at the top of the page, and your light or dark preference if you use the toggle in the footer. Both stay on your device and both are gone when you clear your browser.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Links to other places
There are links here to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, to Yelp and to the Better Business Bureau. Those are other people's websites with their own privacy policies, and what happens once you land there is between you and them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
