Tell us what is going on
This is a request, not a booked appointment. There is no calendar on the other side of it that goes green when you hit send. A person reads it, calls you, and the two of you agree on a real time.
If you would rather skip all of that, the phone is faster and always has been: (512) 591-5915. Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
The request
Three things are required: your name, a phone number, and where the house is. Everything else helps us bring the right parts, and every one of those is optional. Guessing is allowed.
- Service call
- $75
- Hours
- Mon to Fri, 7 to 5
- Saturday and Sunday by appointment
- License
- TACLB00070086C
Request received. Nothing is booked yet.
That is not a technicality. A time on the calendar happens when somebody calls you back and you agree on one, and that has not happened yet.
Two things you should know. This is a proposed design, so there is no mailbox behind the form and nothing was actually sent. And even on the live site, the fastest way to get a truck to your house is to call (512) 591-5915 during Mon to Fri, 7 to 5.
What happens next
-
Read
One of two people reads it, and both of them have been in an attic this week.
-
Call
You get a phone call to confirm the day and a window. If we cannot get to you when you need it, you will hear that on the phone instead of finding it out by waiting.
-
Arrive
A licensed contractor at the door, $75 for the service call, and a straight answer about what is wrong before anybody starts pulling parts.
If it is already 90 in the house, put the phone in your hand
A form is a good way to hold a place on a Thursday. It is a bad way to spend a Tuesday afternoon in August. Call, describe what you are hearing, and you will get told honestly whether today is possible.
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Other ways to reach them.
