These cover the website. They do not cover the work. Work gets a written price before anybody touches anything, and that document is the one that matters.
What this site is
This is a proposed design for Two Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, built by HitDirector without being asked and hosted on HitDirector's infrastructure. It is not the live company website and it is not authorized by, affiliated with, or operated by Two Seasons. It comes down on request.
Content on it that describes the business is drawn from public records and the company's own published material. Anything we proposed rather than reported carries a visible marker saying so.
Information here is not a quote
Everything on this site is general information about air conditioning and heating in Central Texas. It is not an inspection of your system, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a price for work. The repair or replace tool on the pricing page produces a leaning based on four questions and nothing more. A real answer requires a licensed contractor standing in front of the equipment.
Do not use anything written here as a substitute for a professional look at a gas appliance, a flue, an electrical panel or a refrigerant circuit. Those four things hurt people who guess.
Booking and scheduling
A form submitted on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. On the live site an appointment exists once somebody has called you and agreed a window out loud. On this demo, nothing is transmitted at all, so the phone is the only route that works: (512) 591-5915, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
Licensing
Two Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning holds Texas air conditioning contractor license TACLB00070086C, held by Ulric Anthony Presta III, active through January 21, 2027. You can verify that yourself through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and we would rather you did. HitDirector does not hold that license, does not operate under it, and does not perform HVAC work of any kind.
Accuracy, and what happens when we are wrong
We check what we publish and we still get things wrong sometimes. Codes change, utilities change their programs, and a fact that was true in July is not automatically true in December. Nothing here is warranted to be complete or current, and if you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
Your use of the site
- Read it, print it, send it to your neighbor. That is what it is for.
- Do not scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use the business name, license number or phone number to represent yourself as this company.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or anybody else's use of it.
Other people's websites
Links go out to the state licensing database, to Yelp and to the Better Business Bureau. Those are theirs, not ours, and a link is not an endorsement of anything on the far side of it.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, neither Two Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning nor HitDirector is liable for a loss arising from a decision made on the basis of general information published here. Texas law governs these terms, and the courts of Williamson County are the venue for any dispute about them.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top moves when they do.
